Using his years of experience in the creative industry and building websites for the likes of Netflix, Corning, and Conde-Nast, Samuel leads teams with his out-of-the-box thinking and technical know-how.

Samuel founded J&TG in 2019 as a remote-first consultancy and built the company into offering world-class experiential websites for clients around the world.

Neil has an unparalleled eye for detail, precision and strategic thinking working with behemoth clients such as NHS, Ministry of Justice, amongst others to Jupiter and the Giraffe as part of our strategic Lean App Strategy onboarding phase.

Chris has been crafting experiences for major brands for over 20 years, working across sectors including automotive, health, finance, FMCG and luxury travel.

Bringing businesses a closer understanding of their customer needs, Chris is passionate about user-centred design, founded on insightful research and validated through rigorous testing.

Paul's deep technical knowledge and experience at a director level allows him to oversee and produce the development team and encourages robust, maintainable and scalable digital products. Being a serial entrepreneur himself, managing his own startup Fitlink as drawing from his work with IBM pays dividends in quality and efficiency.

Harriet has a deep understanding of what users want and a passion for digging deeper using data and insights as her guide. She combines logic and creativity to produce outstanding and intuitive experiences that users love.

Mathew has a keen eye for design and a wealth of experience in all things creativity. Flexing his know-how primarily in 3D design and CGI as well as motion graphics. Mat has worked with the likes of Tesla, Principality, and the Welsh Government.

Laurence (Larry) Lam brings exceptional craft and vision to lead the experience design team here at J&TG. Having worked with enterprise clients such as QED Technology, BBC, Ministry of Sound, B&Q, and most recently UBS who set the most challenging environments that test the fusion of creativity and functionality.

Steve's career boasts extensive experience within digital marketing and entertainment. His IMBD credits include Fluffy (Cannes, Palm Springs Festivals), and I, DOG (Amazon Prime). He is also a brand storyteller - Conversation Designer (AI) Award Winning TOBi, and Conceptual Copywriter with over 23 years' experience creating content for high-profile agencies and brands. This has included Ogilvy, AMV BBDO, Barclaycard, Barclays, Coutts, Vodafone, and Sony.
